Can the two pieces be different?
Yes. Mix any two personalized pieces in gold plated, vermeil or silver, a name necklace for you and a baby bracelet to give, for example.
When does the event end?
The event runs October 16 – 26 and ends at 11:59 pm Pacific Time on October 26.
When will my order arrive?
Orders arrive within 7 days of purchase, personalized pieces included. Shipping is free on orders over $85.
Can I return a personalized piece?
Personalized and engraved pieces can't be returned for a change of mind. If one arrives damaged, has a production error on our side or a defect, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll take it back with free return shipping and remake or refund it.
