Where we ship from: Our pieces are designed and handcrafted in Türkiye, and US orders ship from our warehouse in the United States.

Shipping Costs: US orders over $85 ship free. A flat $10 shipping fee applies to US orders of $85 or less. Orders to the United Kingdom ship free.

Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping is free for eligible returns started within 30 days of delivery.

Delivery Timeframe: Orders arrive within 7 days of purchase, personalized pieces included. Pieces marked as made to order on the product page take up to 2 weeks in total. Deliveries may take a little longer during busy periods.

Carriers: Orders are delivered via UPS or USPS, ensuring reliable and timely service.

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched. Check your email and spam/junk folder for this information.

Parcel Receipt: Inspect your parcel upon delivery. If there's damage, reject the delivery and immediately file a claim with UPS.
