If for any reason, you're less than thrilled with your purchase, you may return your order within 30 days after receiving it. This right applies only if the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received.

For personalized products, returns are not accepted unless the item has been damaged during transport. In such cases, please contact our customer service team within 30 days to arrange a return and discuss compensation.

For a quick and easy return process, a prepaid return label will be provided to you by Mionza. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within a reasonable time frame.
