Returns Policy

We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction and delivering high-quality products to our customers at Mionza.

If for any reason, you're less than thrilled with your purchase, you may return your order within 30 days after receiving it. This right applies only if the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received.

Personalized and engraved pieces can't be returned for a change of mind. If one arrives damaged, has a production error on our side (for example a misspelled engraving, the wrong item, size or material) or a defect, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll take it back with free return shipping and remake or refund it.

For a quick and easy return process, a prepaid return label will be provided to you by Mionza. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days.
