What materials do you use?
Our pieces are made in solid gold, gold vermeil, gold plated, or sterling silver, depending on the design. The exact material is listed on each product page.
What's the difference between them?
Solid gold is gold throughout and is the most durable option for everyday wear. Gold vermeil is a thick layer of gold over sterling silver. Gold plated pieces have a thinner gold layer over a base metal. Sterling silver is 92.5% pure silver and may darken over time, which can be polished away.
Which material should I choose?
If you plan to wear a piece every day without taking it off, solid gold is the best fit. Vermeil, plated, and sterling silver pieces offer more flexibility in price and last longest when removed before water, perfume, and lotion.
Can I wear different materials together?
Yes. Our pieces are designed to be stacked, and gold and silver tones can be layered freely.
How much is shipping?
All orders ship via express delivery. Shipping is free on orders over $85, and a flat $10 fee applies to orders under $85.
How long will my order take?
Orders are prepared in 2-4 business days, and personalized pieces may take 4-6 additional days. Delivery within the US typically takes 4-6 business days.
How can I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
What is your return policy?
Non-personalized items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition. Personalized pieces are final sale unless there is a production error.
