ORDERING
Orders made in another person's name without their consent will be reported to the authorities. For personalized products, returns are not accepted unless the item has been damaged during transport. In case of a return, the consumer will be provided with a prepaid return label by the seller. If an item is damaged during transport, Mionza should be contacted within 30 days for information about compensation.

COMPLAINTS TERMS
