Mionza Shipping Policy

Welcome to Mionza! We are dedicated to providing you with a smooth and efficient shipping experience. Please review our Shipping Policy to understand how we deliver your orders:

1. Shipping Costs: US orders over $85 ship free. A flat $10 shipping fee applies to US orders of $85 or less. Orders to the United Kingdom ship free.

2. Delivery Timeframe: Orders arrive within 7 days of purchase, personalized pieces included. Pieces marked as made to order on the product page need up to 4 business days of crafting; please allow up to 2 weeks in total for those. During busy periods, deliveries may take a little longer.

3. Carrier Information: Your order is delivered via UPS or USPS.

4. Tracking Your Order: When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment. If you do not see it, please check your spam/junk folder.

5. Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping is free for all eligible returns started within the 30-day return period. Personalized and engraved pieces are returnable only if they arrive damaged, have a production error on our side or a defect; return shipping is free for those too. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

6. Receiving Your Parcel: Please inspect your parcel upon delivery. If the package was damaged in transit, do not accept it; reject the delivery and file a claim with the carrier immediately, then let us know.
