PROMO CODES

TAXES
All prices shown on the Mionza website, mionza.com, are final and include all applicable costs. We do not charge any additional taxes or fees beyond the price displayed on the product page.
Since we only ship within the United States, all customs duties and import fees are fully covered by Mionza. This means you will not incur any extra costs beyond the listed product price.
ORDERING
Orders made in another person's name without their consent will be reported to the authorities. Mionza reserves the right to change prices, correct incorrect prices on all orders as well as final sales. If a price is incorrect, Mionza may cancel the purchase and refund any amount paid in the best way possible. This can be performed at any time.
Consumers have the right to return the order within 30 days from receiving the order. This right applies only in cases where the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received. For personalized products, returns are not accepted unless the item has been damaged during transport. In such cases, customers should contact Mionza Customer Service within 30 days to arrange a return and discuss compensation. In case of a return, the consumer will be provided with a prepaid return label by the seller. If an item is damaged during transport, Mionza should be contacted within 30 days for information about compensation.

COMPLAINTS TERMS
