PROMO CODES

Since we only ship within the United States, all customs duties and import fees are fully covered by Mionza. This means you will not incur any extra costs beyond the listed product price.
ORDERING
Orders made in another person's name without their consent will be reported to the authorities. This right applies only in cases where the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received. For personalized products, returns are not accepted unless the item has been damaged during transport. In case of a return, the consumer will be provided with a prepaid return label by the seller. If an item is damaged during transport, Mionza should be contacted within 30 days for information about compensation.

COMPLAINTS TERMS
